Shipping & Handling:

Within the Continental US:

We ship by U.S. mail unless otherwise specified. We ship First Class Mail on shipments under 13 ounces, and Priority Mail on packages 13 ounces and over. The shipping chart below applies to destinations within the continental US:

All Other Destinations including International Shipments:

Shipments outside the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any foreign destination, as well as AOP/FPO addresses), will be charged for the actual shipping charges or postage charged by the shipper. 

We have no way to calculate the postage to destinations outside the continental US in advance of shipment since the postage required is based on the weight of the package, which varies with every order. Therefore, we allow the website to charge the customer according to the Shipping Chart above at the time the order is placed, and then the balance due for postage we charge manually to the customer's same credit card after we ship. The cost is usually quite reasonable for international destinations. See the example below for New Zealand.

Enter the destination country (we used New Zealand for an example) and the value of the items in your order ($50), then choose:
          Calculate price based on Shape and Size
Then enter  the approx. weight (2 pounds 0 ounces as an example, which is approx 4 cookie stamps) and choose:
          Package
There you will see the chart of various ways to ship to that destination and the projected cost for postage. In our example of a 2 pound package worth $50 to New Zealand, the cheapest postage would be for First Class Package International Service at $22.25. Our customers consider this very reasonable for a destination on the opposite side of the globe.

Prices:
Prices do not include freight, handling fees, or other additional costs and are subject to change without notice. Rycraft is not responsible for typographical errors.

Payments:

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipment. For fastest delivery, prepay by credit card. A $25 fee will be added for payments made by wire transfer. A $25 charge will be added to the outstanding balance for any NSF or STOP PAYMENT checks.

Back Orders:

We generally do not ship incomplete orders unless instructed by the customer to make a partial shipment. Unavailable or back-orderred items may be cancelled at Rycraft's discretion.

For Shipments to More Than One Address:

If you are ordering items for shipment to more than one address, please place a separate order for each different shipping address. Note: There will be a separate freight charge for each shipment.

Delivery Times:

Most orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days of receipt. If an item is out of stock, please be aware that Robin is making it for you and will ship it as soon as it comes out of our kilns. We are closed on weekends. 

Shipping Claims:

All claims for damaged goods, shortages, or errors must be reported to Rycraft within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please give us your Internet order number or the "Order Number" from the packing list, and the date the merchandise was shipped by Rycraft. Claims for damage during shipment must be reported to Rycraft immediately. No exceptions.

Returns:

Merchndise returns require a Return Authorization from Rycraft, Inc. and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. A payment for merchandise returned without authorization will not be refunded. No claims will be allowed for merchandise which is older than two months or which has been altered or which does not have a Return Authorization. Credit will not be given for any merchandise poorly packed by the customer and thereby damaged when received by Rycraft.

Liability:

Rycraft, Inc. is not liable for failure to deliver or delays in shipping or delivery. Seller's liability is limited to the selling price of the merchandise and does not include buyer's costs.
