Dear Rachael,

Thank you for your order and for your very kind message. I hope you will explore our website where we have lots of pages on recipes and crafts. Look at the tabs across the top as well as the page list on the left side. We hope you will enjoy using your new cookie stamps and that you will want to add more stamps to your rycraft cookie stamp collection!

Best regards,

Carol

I saw many of your products on eBay, and I wanted to buy directly from your company. I have never used cookie stamps before. I normally use a glass dipped in flour. I would welcome any literature you have about using your stamps. They are lovely! Such gorgeous designs!

Julie,

Thank you for all the info on Welsh designs. We'll take a look and see what we can do to add some to our collection. Robin's working on glazes right now so he won't be carving again for a little while, but I'll keep reminding him that we need some new designs (smile).
Thanks again,
Carol

Wonderful!  I look forward to finding it! If you want to expand your Welsh selections, Wales has the highest density of medieval castles in the world. They range widely in state of upkeep, but there are lots of designs, with the most famous being Caernafon, Caerphilly, Cardiff(located right smack in the center of the city!), Powis (akaCastell Coch),Conwy, and Harlech.
Or, more simply, leeks. Leeks and Daffodils are symbols used extensively in Wales, especially on St. David’s Day (the patron saint of Wales) in March.

Hi Julie,
We weren't aware there was a Welsh dragon... just looked it up on Google and Robin says he can carve it. So keep checking back on our website to see just when he gets around to carving it... perhaps in the next couple of months. It will appear on this page: http://www.rycraft.com/celticf_irish_scottish_welsh plus on our page of New Designs 2020 -- which I haven't posted yet because Robin hasn't carved any new designs so far in this new year.
Thanks for your input. We appreciate knowing what our customers want.
Best regards,
Carol Rycraft

I don't see a Welsh dragon in your Celtic Designs. Is it possible you don't have any Welsh designs?!

Dear Karen,
Thank you for sharing your story. I am glad you have found us again. I will be praying for your Mom and your entire family. I know what it's like to go through a heart-wrenching family feud and have family members who don't know the Lord.
God bless you,

You cannot imagine how very excited I was to find that I could still order the Rycraft cookie stamps I have wanted.  Many years ago I started collecting them for my mother because she used them on a delicious anise cookie that she used to make.  My mother is now 90 years old and lives in assisted living.  Through a very ugly family feud my mother sold all of her possessions before moving without giving any of her children an opportunity to choose things they would want.  One thing I was so sick about was the little cookie stamps I had lovingly collected for her.  They weren’t of huge value but sentimentally they were of enormous value to me and I would have loved to have them back.  You see......none of my family, including my mother, know my Jesus.  It is heartbreaking to have an entire family that is lost.
I purchased two of the stamps I had given my mother and every time I use them and make cookies I am going to pray over those cookies for my mother’s salvation.  Time is running out and I am so very afraid for her.  You have however, restored a small part of my happy memories with her.  God bless you!
In Christ,

Steve,
I am glad we had this little discussion about the PEO daisy because Robin reintroduced it in 2010 and I named it "Daisy Face" not realizing it is the same as the 1990 PEO Daisy. I will have to rename it on the website to "Daisy Face (PEO)." Thanks for the info. It's #510 and we have them in stock so you can get one/some when you come to visit. We'll put on our calendar that you'll be out on 1/22.
Looking forward to your visit,
Carol

Hi Carol,
That's interesting about PEO.  There are a lot of other interpretations of the PEO acronym as well.  I can assure you we will need one of the Gerber Daisy (PEO daisy) stamps when we come by.  Jan is planning to make mints for the state PEO convention using the PEO stamp, now including the daisy...what fun!!  You will get some publicity out of that.  I'm scheduled for an [appointment] in Boise on January 22nd, the day we would be there.  Unless the weather is particularly bad, we plan to swing by.

Hi Steve,
We'd be happy to give you a tour of our little place. We are about 60 minutes NW of Boise (if you're staying near the airport). You can go on Google Maps to get directions, or we can tell you how to get here. We do have one wood display board for 28 stamps. It sits on the countertop and has the Rycraft logo on the top... go here:
http://www.rycraft.com/product/28HD.

I just asked Robin about the PEO stamp: that is a design that Robin carved because someone requested it last year. His aunt Alta in So. California was a member of the PEO way back when, and she told Robin it was a secret organization and that PEO stood for "people who eat onions" (hahah)... and someone requested that Robin carve a daisy stamp for their PEO group in 1990 so he did -- go here to see it (3rd row on right side):  http://www.rycraft.com/custom_1989_-_1993.

So that's about all we know about that. Please let us know a day or 2 before you arrive so we can spruce up the place a bit (smile). Looking forward to meeting you!
Carol

Carol,
Jan and I are headed to Idaho next week. How far are you from Boise? We would love to see your business if you do tours or have displays. Also, Jan is fascinated with your PEO stamp. My mother was, and Jan and my sister are members of the PEO organization. Jan is curious about the history of that stamp. Is that a story you can share?
Sincerely,
Steve

Dear Lorraine,
We shipped your order for three of our cookie stamps on January 2nd. I am writing to ask you if you received the cookie stamp designs which you ordered... There seems to be some sort of mixup here with our paperwork.
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Carol Rycraft
