1 Rycraft cookie stamp or craft stamp#125 – Rose 100% Cotton Linter (Rycraft Linter) 1 paper casting* of design #125 – Rose (see Basic Paper Casting Instructions). 1 piece pink cardstock approx. 7" W x 18" L (or any size you choose) folded in half, plus another piece of pink cradstock cut into a 3 1/2" to 4" circle Optional: Clear acrylic spray varnish to seal the paper casting if you are using paint Chalk or acrylic paints in pink and green Marker (I used Spectrum Noir - Clear Sparkle) Ultra-fine glitter (optional) 1 Doily Ribbon Glue or foam tape
1. Let the rose paper casting dry completely.
2 Optional: varnish the casting to seal it before painting (so wet paint won't make the design disappear). Let dry.
3. Apply chalk or paints to the design on the casting -- if using paint, let dry between coats. 4. Optional: use the sparkle marker to add some sparkle to the casting.
5. Optional: spray the casting lightly with spray varnish and add glitter while it is still wet. Let dry.
6. Adhere the casting to the center of the pink circle of paper using foam tape or glue. 7. Adhere the pink circle to the center of the doily using foam tape or glue. 8. Adhere the doily onto the card as shown. 9. Tie a double-looped bow to the top
